A beautiful Woven one - off, lined and zippered Box Pouch, made using Woven fabric inspired by the incredible English Heritage Site Denny Abbey. Woven with an array of beautiful bands running from top to bottom of this wonderful cloth. See social media for the full story behind the collection.
The fabric has been paired with a lilac vintage velvet back and coral Cotton lining fabric and matching zipper. Side tabs are included on every pouch, see pictures for more detail.

Hand-woven Denny Abbey Small Box Pouch 2
The Denny Abbey Collection is inspired by an incredible English Heritage Site and Farming museum near Ely, Cambridgeshire. For this project I kept it local, exploring my surrounding history. This project works with a variety of different Wools including Shetland and Swadale and English wool. This beautiful fabric experiments with a series of different bands running from top to bottom, working with different weights and densities of colour.
