SHIPPING POLICY
UK Postage only, external postage at cost on a request basis.

As standard all parcels are posted Second Class Signed for with Royal Mail ( 3 - 5 working days ). Packaging charges varies with order value . However, purchases over £50.00 will include free delivery. All Artisan products are wrapped with care in very colourfully and with rather jazzy wrapping. Aiming to arrive with you exactly as they leave my studio. Each parcel is hand-stamped and will contain a personalised thank- you from myself for supporting my practice, a business card and protective wrapping for your purchase. First Class postage can be arranged, however additional fees will apply. Please contact for more information.

I will always aim to parcel up and post your package the same day. You will be notified via email once your parcel has been dispatched and is on its way to you. All packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable where possible as we must not only look after each-other but our planet too! I always encourage customers to recycle and re-use my packaging where they can!

Return Policy
Although I strive for perfection in each and every piece, each piece is hand-woven, hand-made made and finished by my very own hands, as such slight irregularities may be present. These will be identified within the images prior to purchase. These pieces are not made in a factory or mill, they are hand-woven and hand-crafted in a very yellow little studio in Cambridgeshire.
If for any reason you wish to return the product, please contact me directly within 30 days of your purchase, via email to arrange a return request and potential subsequent refund with mays.wonderfully.woven@outlook.com.
Special Birthday or Gift - wrapping is available upon request, please add this into the notes section upon purchasing in your cart or email with any personalisation and additional messages requested. This gift-service often includes special wrapping from Emily Coxheads The Happy Newspaper, which I re-purpose as very jazzy wrapping with velvet and satin ribbons.
