A beautiful Woven one - off, lined and zippered Box Pouch, with woven fabric inspired by fields of lavender and thistle. The woven fabric works with the classic, timeless Herringbone weave pattern. The fabric has been paired with a vintage green velvet back and matching Herringbone wool lining and matching zipper. Side tabs are included on every pouch, see pictures for more detail.
A perfect boxy and roomy Pouch, ready to be filled with all of your goodies! No two pieces will ever be made the same. The larger pouch is more suited as a wash-bag or as cosemtic bags, with a deeper and wider pouch and showerproof lining.Each piece is constructed by hand-picking each element, using genuine vintage and retro fabrics.

Hand-woven Lavender Thistle Large Box Pouch
The Sandringham Lavender Collection is inspired by the beautiful fields of lavender growing across Norfolk. For this project I explored the depth of colour found within these plants, the tonal variation and patterns within the fields. I then combined this with the classic and timeless Herringbone weave pattern for a beautiful collection of pieces.
This project works with a variety of different Wools including Shetland and Swadale and English wool. This beautiful fabric experiments with a series of different bands running from top to bottom, working with different weights and densities of colour.
